Controller

The operator of casp-tracker.com (entity currently in formation — full controller details will be published here shortly, see the imprint).

What data we process

Newsletter: if you subscribe to updates, we process your email address to send you notifications about changes to the ESMA CASP register. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email. Subscriptions are managed through Kit (Kit.com, operated by ConvertKit LLC, USA), which acts as our processor; data may be transferred to the United States under appropriate safeguards.

Server logs: this website is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). When you visit, technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access may be processed in server logs for security and operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).

Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visitor numbers. It is cookieless, does not track you across sites, and stores no personal identifiers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).

Cookies and tracking: this website does not set tracking cookies and does not use advertising services.

Provider logos: small provider icons are loaded from Google's public favicon service based on each provider's website domain; your browser contacts that service to fetch the image.

Account sign-in: if you sign in, we email you a one-time code (sent via Resend, Resend Inc., USA) and set a functional session cookie so you stay signed in — no password is stored, and no tracking is attached to it. Your account data is your email address and its newsletter status, managed in Kit as described above (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Company data shown on this site

The register data displayed on this website (company names, addresses, licence details) originates from the public Interim MiCA Register published by ESMA and concerns legal entities, not private individuals.
