No issuers of asset-referenced tokens are currently authorised under MiCA. ESMA's ART register exists but is empty — a notable fact in itself: while fiat-backed e-money tokens have dozens of authorised issuers, tokens referencing baskets of assets or non-fiat values (the regulation's answer to projects like Libra/Diem) have not attracted a single authorised issuer so far.
This page updates automatically the moment ESMA lists the first ART issuer.
